This folded menu had to fit into pre-existing holders. As the menus change often, it was one-color that could fit onto a folded piece of letter-sized paper, with one cut to make the shape more elongated. The front is very open and the green paper was chosen to distinguish this menu from it's dine-in counterparts as well as grab a customers eye on the way out.
